My name is Sierra Rogers and I live in southern California. I graduated from the California Culinary Academy in 2002. I did my extern at Moose's Restaurant. I became Sous Chef at Julia Restaurant in the Fillmore district in San Francisco. I was then promoted to the executive chef position. I have seven years of fine dining experience which includes extensive wine knowledge. I've worked for many high end catering companies.
